Scratch Made Kitchen

At 35 Brix scratch made means that everything we cook, bake or prepare is made from scratch; sauces, dressings, soups and batters. Our kitchen is full of knives, cutting boards, pots and pans, fresh herbs and spices and the chefs who prepare our meals know how to use them.

We are passionate about food and care about what we produce. We select our purveyors carefully and are excited to share the end result of our craft with you, our guest.

Our Name

The Ice Wines of the Niagara Escarpment are where our love of wine and our name originate. These Ice Wines begin when the grapes – Vidal and Riesling – are picked at -8° Celsius which concentrates the natural grape sugars to 35°Brix. The most delicious Ice Wines in the world are from the Niagara Escarpment and have made their way here for your enjoyment. This is where our passion for wine started, from Niagara, wines from all across the world have made there way to 35 Brix for your enjoyment.  Craft Beer from the best breweries in North America and Signature Cocktails complete our menu.
